July flew by and now comes the heat! August is always a crazy month, every week there seems to be a show somewhere. Look for us at some of the bigger shows like Havoc in Bowling Green, Midwest Mayhem, ITB and the RA show in Millington to just name a few.

We just returned from the Nightshift Nashville show brought to you by Hot Import Nights. If you are into hot tuners and hotter women this was the place to be! You missed NOS Energy Drinks Drifting, XDL street bike stunts, Boost Mobile Freestyle Moto-X, and a live concert by Delbert McClinton. If you look at the show coverage you will see what we are talking about. This is a big "Don't miss show."

Mark Deppensmith is into high performance. One look at his Honda and you will see this ride will scream. The engine is one of a kind F22C AP2 2.2L with the MP62 blower addition. If he asks you if you want to go for a ride make sure you hold on!

We have known Robbie for awhile and knew he has been working on a Blazer.
From the work we have seen him and friends do in the past, we knew he would make something special. But at Slammin&Jammin this year we were blown away. This ride is over the top! It won't be hard to find this ride! We bet, you will see it on the cover of a truck magazine soon.

It's the middle of the month and the shows are everywhere! We are bringing you coverage of the Dragging Detroit, Pandemonium, Street Warriorz, Southern Showdown shows. Be sure to look for us at a show you're attending.

Stacy Lee brought his ride to Slammin&Jammin to show it off. He certainly impressed us. He won our editor's choice award and it was well deserved. Along with his ride we are showcasing a new friend Genevieve. This lady is simply awesome! She is a newcomer to our family and is winning everyone heart. You will be seeing her on a regular basis.

We went the Import faceoff show in Steele, Al and saw another special ride and lady. Josh Norman has one of the nicest Mazda 3's we have seen. And one of the smokin hot ladies of our group! Charity was nice enough to add her beauty to the layout. We can't go wrong there!

Summer is here! The show season is kicking off and we are there for you.

We have been to a host of great shows. We were at the:
Unite show, Import Faceoff, NOPI Maryland, Slammin & Jammin,
Fight for Life, and NOPI Columbus.

We covered quite a few shows so be sure to check out the galleries. More will be added this week.
Another special thanks to Jeff Hood and Damon Dowell for their great work. If you see these guys at a show be sure to thank them! We could not bring the coverage we do without them

Nathan & Amanda Curry were showing off their awesome S10 in St Louis and we were lucky enough to bring you this feature. Nathan owns Curry's Hot Hot Rods and Hot Bikes in Branson, MO if you need work we said check them out. Along with the S10 we bring you Angie Polete of St Louis. All we can say is, "What a combo!"

It's not everyday we find a great looking ride owned by a lady. We found this month's ride in St Louis as well. Sandy Mackenzie's Tiburon is quite the show piece. Most of the work was done by her and her husband Travis.
We found Rachael the featured model working the RNR booth and could not be happier. Be sure to check this outstanding pair of model and ride.

The month of April was a tough one. Half the shows we attended were on rainy windy days.
We want to thank everyone who worked with us on all the show coverage and feature we did.

One special show we attended was the TS Performance Diesel Drag Racing event at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, KY. It was a blast and if you have never watched a diesel truck burn up the quarter mile this is a don't miss for next year! We had a blast and want to thank Randy and folks of TS performance for the opportunity.

We covered quite a few shows so be sure to check out the galleries. More will be added this week.
A special thanks to Jeff Hood and Damon Dowell for their great work. We couldn't bring you all this coverage without their help.

Josh Smith, his family and friends built a real show stopper. The first thing you see is one awesome paint job.
It looks like two different rides depending what side of the truck your on.
Check out the photos of his ride and be sure to check out the detail.
We want to thank Amy Sams for spicing things up. She always adds that something special to a photo shoot.

Our hat is off to the next owner. We met Gotti at the NOPI show in Commerce, GA.
It was pouring down rain for most of the weekend. Keeping a black ride clean is a nightmare at times like that.
He and his crew did a great job presenting us with the best possible shoot.
The model we used with the caddy layout is Charity, she was a real trooper when it came to the weather as well.
It was 44 degrees when we did this shoot. I don't know of many ladies who would do such a great job under those conditions.
We hope we can shoot a lot more with this beauty!.

April 2008

Look for our "Hot Rods, Rat Rods, and Pinups" shortly. Be sure to check back and see the rides and ladies of yesterday.

It seems like we can find the next NOPI car show where ever they are! This last weekend we found them in St Louis at the Gateway International Race Track. Its a very cool place to hold a show by the way. Again we could tell it was early Sp[ring Saturday morning with the rain falling and temps in the 40s. Sunday turned out awesome and everyone had a great time as usual. The photos are up. We are missing some of the rides because of a slight camera problem but we are working on adding more.

<a href="http://www.cruisinthestreets.com/galleries/2008/NOPI%20ST%20Louis/index.html

Matt Miller created quite the ride. We shot his truck at Havoc in Bowling Green last Fall, and must say its an awesome piece of hardware which is as much fun on the strip as it is on the show grounds
Along with Matt's truck we are lucky again to have one of our favorite ladies, Amy Sams modeling for us.

This next ride has to be one of the nicest Isuzus we have ever shot. everything about this truck just flows. A lot of time went into the Isuzu and Daylan Bailey can be very proud of it.

Sarah McMillan did the honors of putting the icing on this photo shoot. Everywhere we go folks comment on this hottie. We hope to work together again this Summer..

We returned Sunday from the NOPI show in Commerce, GA. The weather was rotten, Saturday it rained all day and Sunday it was freezing and windy. We did get some photos of the rides and ladies that did brave the weather so check out the photos.

Late last Fall we attended an old school cruise-in in McMinnville, TN where we met Joey Tanner and his lovely family. They brought two rides with them. The first is their "Rat Rod" 30 Ford Model A.
The second was their 54 Hudson Wasp; both rides are awesome examples of 50s and 60s cruisers.
Along with the Model A we had the fortune to work with Charity LaRonge.
Not be out done by his rat rod the 54 Wasp is something really special. They are hard to find and secondly this one made the trip all the way from Guam. Sarah Johnson added the finishing touch to a great afternoon.
